Now, for those who do not know what Khus refers to, it is known as Indian Vetiver. Used for centuries in the subcontinent for its deep green woody fragrance and cooling effect it creates. Very popular in the summertime, where people apply this fragrance to create a cooling effect and also enjoy the fragrance. Unfortunately, due to commercialization and people turning to fancy perfumes, original and authentic Khus is not commonly available in the market.

At OUD COLLECTION™, we wanted to present this gem uniquely and more beautifully for our customers. We undertook the challenging task of distilling Rose on top of the Ruh Khus. Technically speaking, this presented a great challenge because the densities of these materials are poles apart—Ruh Khus being a very heavy material and Rose Otto the lightest. One ton of Roses went into our batch of Khus Rose, ensuring the perfect amount of rose scent we desired to impart in our Khus Rose fragrance.

Khus scent is green, woody, and cool, while the pure Indian Rose Otto contributes an ethereal, beautiful, and mind-relaxing scent. With Khus Rose, you will experience both of these feelings as these scents are seamlessly embedded into each other.
