We charge discounted shipping rates based on the weight, size and destination of the parcel. Customer can see the shipping rates at the checkout screen.

Postage & Delivery
We use Australia Post standard/Express parcel post service. We charge our customers discounted Australia Post business rates based on destination. 

Domestic orders are either shipped same day or within 1-2 business days. 

Please check to make sure your postal address is correct before placing the order.

Australia Express Post
Please be sure your location is covered by Australia Post’s Express Post Network before paying for this service as this is non-refundable.

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.

*Any dates for delivery are a guide only and are calculated on the basis that parcels and letters will be lodged on the send date by the relevant close off time at the Australia Post retail outlet or street posting box. Any dates for delivery do not take into account public holidays and are subject to change at the discretion of Australia Post. OUD COLLECTION™ does not guarantee delivery time line on behalf of Courier service.

Lost Parcels
We use courier services for deliveries across Australia. In case, if your parcel is not delivered then please contact the courier service first to see the status. We can also assist you in this situation by contacting courier service on your behalf. There can be two outcomes of the lost parcel:


1- Courier service fails to deliver the parcel to the nominated address and parcel was lost without getting delivered: In this case, we will coordinate with courier service and after confirming the insurance eligibility we will send you a replacement parcel. This process take few days, therefore please keep this in mind if the situation arise.


2- Courier service confirms that the parcel was delivered but the receiver didn't get it: In this case, courier service will provide proof that the parcel got delivered to the nominated address. Now if the parcel was stolen from the customer premises then courier service takes no responsibility for honoring any insurance claims from us. Therefore, Oud Collection Australia will not be able to supply replacement parcel and also cannot compensate for the loss.
