It is a well known fact that the best Frankincense (also known as Luban) in the world comes from Oman. Out of all the harvests of Frankincense, Royal Hojari Frankincense is considered as the best variety from the region and out of this variety, the most premium grade comes from the Monsoon harvest. Now on top of all this, the local traders sort the frankincense pieces and separate white-looking pieces (which are not many) and this variety is sold for its rare and beautiful looks and for its sweeter scent profile in comparison to the Royal Green Hojari.

Also called as White bone frankincense, this frankincense is mainly used for incense burning for the finest frankincense aroma. This frankincense is not commonly available in the market and we have brought it in Australia for our customers to experience this wonderful and rare frankincense at a very affordable pricing. If you are looking for a high quality frankincense then you must give this beautiful frankincense a try - you will love the looks and also the beautiful aroma. Packed in beautiful containers of 50 grams and 100 grams, this will make a beautiful and rare gift of ancient material for your loved ones.

White Royal Hojari is NOT considered or preferred as a medicinal grade frankincense therefore if you are buying it then use it only for incense burning.

This frankincense is from 2021 Monsoon harvest of Royal Hojari. Scent profile is sweet citrusy top notes, earthy, woody and amber.

Frankincense burning instructions: Light up charcoal and place it on the incense burner, once the gray ash forms on top of the charcoal, place the frankincense piece on top of it. As soon as heat touches the frankincense, smoke will start to rise and the frankincense will start melting. Burn the frankincense until it burns completely and then remove the remains with something safe and reload with new frankincense piece/s. For detailed incense burning instructions, click here.

We are including below some additional information for people who would like to know more about this ancient material and its benefits:

For at least 5000 years Frankincense has been used in meditation, prayer and healing. The calming aroma has been an integral part of spiritual and religious ceremonies in every ancient civilization in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East India and China. The fragrance of burning Frankincense is very captivating and beautiful and you will be surprised to see how a single ingredient can produce such a lovely fragrance. Burning incense is a magical experience, and we recommend our customers to try it once to see the affect it creates in the home or any place where it is burned.

The English word frankincense derives from the old French expression franc encens, meaning "high-quality incense". The word franc in Old French meant "noble" or "pure". Frankincense is tapped from the scraggly but hardy trees by striping (slashing the bark) and letting the exuded resin bleed out and harden. The hardened streaks of resin are called tears. Boswellia Sacra trees are considered unusual for their ability to grow in environments so unforgiving that they sometimes grow out of solid rock.

Also known as liquid gold, Frankincense assists in removing negative energy from a space, and creating an elevated spiritual awareness. It is often used to lift moods, to ease anxiety and stress, and for purification. Modern science is discovering some astonishing facts about the use of Frankincense specially its benefit in Asthma and other medical conditions. Use Google search on Frankincense to do your own research.

Religious leaders have contended for millennia that burning incense is good for the soul. Now, biologists have learned that it is good for our brains too. An international team of scientists, including researchers from Johns Hopkins University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, describe how burning frankincense (resin from the Boswellia plant) activates poorly understood ion channels in the brain to alleviate anxiety or depression. This suggests that an entirely new class of depression and anxiety drugs might be right under our noses. Source:
